Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Cloud Doctor SaaS platform (the "Service") operated by Mahesh Dasika, an individual proprietor based in India ("we", "us").
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for the security of your credentials. Authentication is provided by Clerk.
3. Cloud access
You grant Cloud Doctor read access to your cloud account(s) via IAM role or keys. You represent that you are authorized to grant this access. We access your cloud data only to provide the Service and use short-lived, scoped credentials where possible.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed via Razorpay on the cadence shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply at the next billing cycle.
5. Acceptable use
You will not misuse the Service, attempt to breach tenant isolation, reverse engineer the platform, or use it to violate any law or third-party rights.
6. Service availability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Findings and AI-generated recommendations are advisory; you are responsible for changes you make to your infrastructure.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts located in India will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service.
